Walk away from your desk, take a deep breath, and close your eyes for five minutes. Think of anything nice besides work. With any luck, you'll feel better after that.
And tell yourself that no matter how badly you do, there will always be someone else who does worse than you. A slightly cruel thought, but hey, that's the truth, isn't it?
