Assignments

Im officially having panick attacks, my heart is beating so quickly that I cant breathe. Wots wrong with me? Its just assignments!!

I ought to learn to remain cool and collected.

  1. Walk away from your desk, take a deep breath, and close your eyes for five minutes. Think of anything nice besides work. With any luck, you'll feel better after that.

    And tell yourself that no matter how badly you do, there will always be someone else who does worse than you. A slightly cruel thought, but hey, that's the truth, isn't it?
